We believe that pursuing an MBA degree at the International Management Course (IMC) can help our students change their career. We utilize our strong ties to business communities and back up students needs through the Career Center.
Six students participated in the internship program of the IMC for the first time in 2005 with the cooperation of hosting companies, except for one student who participated in the university-wide program. The participation in the internship programs is considered an important activity for IBA students since it gives a practical opportunity to experience at first hand the real world of business. Each student is expected to report their experience during the internship in front of his/her fellow students, so that every student may be able to learn from others' experiences.

We host several seminars for job hunting. Students are encouraged to attend such seminars from their first quarter. We cooperate with the Career Center and conduct individual interviews with each student before his/her job hunting activities begins. We also provide individual consultations by appointment.
For international students, we interview with each student to best provide career development service.
