Through close coordination with the University's Center for International Education and Cooperation, the administrative staff of the IBA are always available to assist students with immigration and residence procedures, accommodation, and any problems that may arise during their time at KGU. In addition, selected IBA students are also available to enable international students to adapt smoothly to Japanese university life.
To make the most of their period of study in Japan, the IBA hopes that students on the International Management Course will also wish to acquire some knowledge of the Japanese language, and learn something of its culture and institutions, beyond the purely business-related content of the MBA program. To this end, in cooperation with the Center for International Education and Cooperation, the IBA has set up its own (non-credit-bearing) Japanese Language Course, to provide, free of charge, a basic grounding in the Japanese language.
