Effective Support – Personal and Academic

Coming to Japan for the first time and having zero proficiency of the local language, I was convinced that life in Japan and Kwasei Gakuin would be extremely difficult. Fortunately, I was proven wrong.

Right from day one at KG, my fellow colleagues and staff provided a generous helping hand from educational matters such as registration of classes and materials required for the courses, to personal matters such as assistance in finding accommodation and organizing trips and tours of interesting areas in the city. I was impressed by how my colleagues understood the challenges for a foreigner settling in the country. Due to that, I was able to shift my focus to enjoying my studies and viewing Japan through the eyes of its people.
