One of the most important and critical issues for most of the business schools in Japan is to develop human resources that encompass strong leadership, creativity, and management capability in order to overcome the current depressed economic business environment and to increase innovation in business.
"Sharing of Quality and Development of Mutual Evaluation regarding the Management Education Program through Alliance among Universities" is a project formulated to cope with the above-mentioned issues. This Program has been selected under the "Program for a Strategic University Alliance Targeted at Improvements in Higher Education" promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) in 2009.
We have promoted interaction among each management education program and develop a mutual evaluation system together with Aoyama Business School and Nanzan Business School.
MEXT has been assisting the "Strategic University Alliance Project" since 2008, which was renamed the "Program for a Strategic University Alliance Targeted at Improvements in Higher Education" in 2009. This project encourages each university involved as a regional learning center to realize the objectives listed below, positively promoting alliances among universities, whether private or national, and effectively utilizing the educational and research sources of each university.
