Visit of Professor Pierre Dussauge, HEC Business School, France, December 1 - December 5, 2009
As a first time initiative for our new business education and research program, globally recognized research scholars contacted from top ranked business schools are invited to provide lectures on faculty development, case analysis and research at our business school.
During the week of November 30, 2009, Professor Pierre Dussauge, HEC Business School, Paris, France, visited our IBA and lectured to our faculty, students and staff during his stay. The lectures were scheduled as follows:
December 2: Concerning the issue of strategic focus and management of an International MBA program
December 3: Case analysis on Southwest Airlines and airline industries
December 4: Lecture concerning an ongoing research paper
In 2010, we plan to invite the following research scholars:
Professor Masaaki Kotabe, The Fox School of Business, Temple University to lecture international business and marketing.
Professor Linda Yuen-Ching Lim, Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan to lecture business strategy.
